RESERVATION POLICIES

* The 30% of the total cost of the stay must be prepaid.

CANCELLATION POLICY

* For cancellations that take place at least 15 days before the arrival you will not be charged. For cancellations that take place at a time less than 15 days before the arrival or in case of not showing up, the prepaid amount will be retained.

CHARGING POLICY

* All children and adults are charged the 100% of their stay per day and per person when they use the existing bed.
* Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
